Terms and Conditions

  1. Delivery charges applicable as per Dunzo/Porter fees
  2. Deliveries can be delayed due to various factors, most important being rains and government rules.
  3. Your order might get canceled if wrong contact details are provided.
  4. If the products ordered are out of stock, we will provide alternate products for the same value after intimation.
  5. If the products are out of stock and if the order value goes below ₹2000 then we hold the right to cancel the order if replacement offer is not accepted.
  6. For local pickup, please carry a copy of your order and for order value below ₹2000, carry a copy of screenshot of items added in cart.
  7. Local pickup discount is not available for order value below ₹2000.
  8. ALL ITEMS ONCE SOLD CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
